Expectations for an instant hot water provider is hot water at the touch and looks neat when not in use. This unit meets all expectations. Under cabinet tank is compact and mounts easily. (You do need an outlet and a water line, of course.) Great value, performance and water flow.

The temperature is perfect, fits nicely under my cabinet. Install was odd and I had to buy a different fascinator since it wouldn't work with my filtration system. Love having this to clean and fill my pots for cooking along with making tea and oatmeal.

We drink a lot of tea and our kitchen faucet is 4 full minutes away from the hot water tank, so this really added convenience to the kitchen.They really over engineered this thing with the 4 different tubes in the faucet. I guess it's all so the tiny bit of water that would collect in that 2 feet of line between the tank and the faucet actually drains back into the tank to be hot again, so there's ZERO cold water to bleed.I guess as long as that additional complexity doesn't interfere with the reliability long term, I'm good with it.I bought mine used from Amazon Warehouse and couldn't even tell that it was used or even opened. Good luck of the draw this time around.Install was easy. I found a double shutoff shark bite at Lowe's so I just replaced the shutoff to the dishwasher while I was at it.

The media could not be loaded. Just got this hooked up and I’m already obsessed! Makes the perfect cup of tea, instant coffee, hot cocoa and even cup o noodle! Works amazingly. Love that I don’t have to haul my kettle out every time and wait for water to boil. One less appliance to store and clean. Be aware, you will need to buy a filter. It didn’t come with one.

My setup provides cold or boiling instant filtered water. I LOVE the concept and the product until it fails prematurely, and it will. I feed it with double filtered cold water and It delivers water hot enough (even by British standards) to make a great cup of tea with no chlorine taste. It gives you a great head start on boiling a pot of water if you fill the pot from the Insinkerator. BUT... This is the third unit that I have installed. The first one lasted 9 years 2010 -2019 and then it started leaking from the stainless steel vessel. The second replacement lasted 5 years 2019-2024 with same issue leaking from the Stainless steel vessel. It comes down to cheap Chinese materials to maximize profit. I'm using filtered water to mainly get the chlorine out and its still failing. I imagine some of the people who are only getting 2 years are not filtering the water first. The seller plays games with the price as well... they list these for $400-$500 but the real price is around $200-$250 (depending on the type of faucet) if you use a promo code. When you call and complain after the 3 year warranty they give you a promo code that gets you down to the $250 mark. I bought my 3rd one here on Amazon for the Prime day special of $234 and it included a hot only faucet that I didn't need as I use a hot cold filtered water setup. The faucets seem to hold up well despite handling gallons of boiling water.

I love these things. This the 3d one I e purchased. Purchased are due to moving not poor quality product. You will have to obtain a “T” fitting to install on the cold water line. The unit does not come with one. Install is fairly simple as long as you can squirrel around under the sink.

As a family who makes coffee with a French press and tea every day, this thing is a game changer. Easy to install and delivers near boiling hot water instantly. First, I thought that maybe the water would not be hot enough, but you have control of that. We set ours to just below boiling and it’s perfect. I’d never go back to those electric hot water pots again!
