Great screws
I bought these screws to use on a bourbon barrel project. Any time I purchase hardware made in China, I worry about the quality. These screws are very impressive. Often times screws of inferior quality will break off at the head when torque is applied. I’ve installed over 100 screws already and not a single one snapped off (and I’m using a Dewalt impact driver). I would definitely recommend these.

Well Made, Reasonably Priced Screws
The Black #8x1-1/4 Truss Head Screws I purchased appear well made and finished, were sold at a reasonable price ($9.99), and functioned well for my intended purpose. The only negative thing I would state is that the included bit is trash... soft metal which strips out far too easily. Thankfully, being a contractor, I had quality Phillips bits on hand.

These work well for the most part...
I use these in tandem with 1.25" washers to secure wire mesh around my chicken coop run. They look well and install very easily. Why 4 stars and not 5? A few (less than 2%) of the heads twisted and broke right off when installing into wood. I would still recommend these. losing 2 -3 in a box of 250 is acceptable.
