Cumple lo que promete, estoy en la fase de carga consumiendo 4 veces al dia en cualquier bebida, y ya aumente 3 libras de agua en los musculos 😍 me veo y me siento súper, siento mas fuerza y más resistencia en mis entrenamientos y mi cardio desde que la comencé a tomar. You cannot taste or smell this powder, but you do need to make sure you mix it well else there will be clumps. I found if you mix with room temperature water, the powder will dissolve easier and then add ice.

I leave 3 stars as am not sure how legit this product is , am a personal trainer and i have been consuming creatine for ages, it tastes like any other creatine and the same resolving rate, however i got the bottle in black color and the sticker on the bottle seems sticked manually. The creapure code can be printed by anyone. Am just saying.
