Good: It is comfortable and nice. Relatively easy to mount.Bad: chair doesn't seem 100% aligned. Left armrest being a bit lower. Also, material at the back feels nice and tight. But not sure how long that will keep giving this good support. Do not order if you are taller than 5'9". I'm that size and feel like I'm reaching the limit of the chair size (max height and head rest to the top)Update: The tilt to one side is about a third of an inch but still noticeable, I am considering returning...Update2: Seller reached out to me and offered to send me a new chair at no cost. This one it was straight and feels better. I am happy with the response and was able to resolve this in less than 2 weeks.

The chair's comfortable enough, not great but not bad, but the headrest arrived broken in the box. The handle to lock and unlock the leaning is also pretty poorly designed.

I just assembled it today, and it is pretty comfortable. It was a little bit of a challenge to get some of the holes lined up, but with a little tweaking, it finally went together. It seems pretty sturdy.

I just got this chair. Price was great. Easy to put together very comfortable. Very sturdy. I love this chair.

Overall I think this product is great. Only Issue, looks like one of the “N” Screw Holes for the seat cushion is the wrong size. Therefore I cannot screw it in all the way. I would like at least a replacement seat without having to ship everything back!Build quality:GoodWeight:GoodSturdiness:would be good if I can get this screw in.

The chair arrived quick and was easy to assemble

Put it together in 30 minutes! Love that it comes with everything you need (tools, screws, instructions etc). Time would have been fifteen if I’d had one or two additional arms but I managed and did just fine! I LOVE how well it glides on the carpet! Nothing is needed for using on carpet! It’s comfy, stylish, anti hot with the netted back and headrest!! And even better are the arms that raise up! Perfection in my opinion! I love that. Seriously this chair is better than the very expensive one I ordered last year with the hydrologic already broken on it! If you’re like me and read all reviews before buying! I promise this is a great choice! Wide, comfy, arms raise, glides effortlessly on carpet, raises up and down and back to front! Time will tell on how long it lasts but I will come back and update if it goes bad fast!!
