excellent customer service and fun project
How can you not have fun with this ? It won’t be like a $1000 carved, crystal-clear ice sculpture but it’s worth $50 ! Looks greatIf you are going all out, get a professional one but for a causal party this can't be beat. the customer service is excellent.

Good product, just have to know how to freeze right
After going through the freezing and unpacking of the female and and male molds, prior to which I read all of the reviews (on Amazon) and related websites, I will attempt to clarify a few missing points, via photos, freezing temperatures, and light holding trays, etc.I used 4.2 gallons cold (refrigerated) distilled water for the two molds (male and female), and a Ziploc page, with the corner cut off (cut to fit pour hole), with some cardboard tapped on the outside to make a holdable funnel (note: I did but two plastic funnels, from Walmart, but the spout was bigger than holes). I also used blue food coloring for the male and pink for the female (note: be sure to use latex gloves under gardening gloves; the latex keeps your fingers from turning blue, when you take off the mold, and the gardening/construction gloves keeps the heat from your hand from melting the ice, when you take the plastic off, also the gardening gloves, with the rubber tipped fingers, helps to grip the ice sculpture better, when carrying back and forth from freezer).Firstly, in regard to freezing temperature, I did the 2/3 fill-first freeze, at my regular freezer temperature, which I found out was about 19 to 24 degrees, depending, and came back 24 hours later to do final fill. When I did the fill, however, I noticed that some of the mold melted pretty fast, when I poured the water in, as though the mold was not yet fully frozen. Whatever the case, the mold froze good, without any cracks, and I had the parts where the tube were frozen over in a good solid shape. So, I’m guessing that I should have left it freeze at this temperature for 36 hours? In any event, after about 8-12 hours into the freezing process, following final fill, I got the idea in my head that I had to lower the freezing point of the freezer, so that the sculpture would last longer when I took it out for the party. So I adjusted it down to -3 to 14 degree range (given fluctuations), and after 24 hours, I had cracks in the part of the sculpture where I had poured in the last 1/3 part of the water fill. So my guess is that when I lowered the temperature, it began to freeze too fast, and cause the volume to expand to fast, to the point that it made cracks. Luckily, the front 2/3 fill first section (where the tube were) did not crack, as they were pretty much frozen during first 24 temperature freeze). My guess is that, if I do this again, I would do both freezing processes at the 19 to 24 degree range, over a 3-day period, then lower the temperature, the night before the party, after I had got the plastic out and the tubes out. Also, the instructions talk about pulling the wire out, which, as they don’t say, is inside the plastic tube (takes a while to figure out where this is).De-icing process: I took the boobs out first, let stand on the counter in an under the bed style storage bin, then after about 12 to 15 minutes, began to try to take the plastic off. I found that box cutting blades work pretty good (just slice along the seal, all the way around), and have a strong scissors on hand for a few parts, that might need cutting. Once you cut around the edge, at about 20 min, both sides will pull off.To get the tubes out, wait till about 38 to 42 minutes, then use a needle nose pliers to pull on the wire, and it and the tube will pull out. It worked this way for all three tubes.Next is the lighting issue, if you get the blue lights like they suggest, they look good, but the problem is that the ice is so close to the push button top of the lights, that they will turn off, about an hour into the party. To fix this I made cut about a ¾ groove in some wood (see: photos), for the lights to fit in (and for the water to drain out). I used 2 13x13 storage bin trays (I bought a $12 3-door storage bin from Walmart to get the draws), then put the wood in, the black sheet, then lights). Final product works and looks good, as tested so far. We’ll see how they hold up at the party?

Seams busted open during freezing process.
Followed the instructions and upon the initial freezing the seams separated in a couple of locations and the water just went all over the freezer. Tried to address all of the gaps to finish the freezing, but you fix one and then another surfaces. We purchased two as some indications that this might occur. Hopefully the 2nd attempt will yield something useful. Right now its in an unusable state.

Great in theory, overall overpriced
Buy a boob luge for your bachelor party, they said. It’ll be fun, they said... honestly a super fun idea BUT you’re paying way too much for a piece of plastic which can be easily broken upon opening after freezing (which we did - not sure if it’s only able to handle one use or if we just got a little to antsy). To make matters worse, after letting our busty ice sculpture sit in the freezer for 48 hours, the ice in the center of the sculpture never froze so we not only broke the mold, but we also could not suckle shots from some frozen areolas. All in all, it was a disappointing purchase. If you buy it, be careful opening and make sure you give it 3 full days in the freezer!

Very fun for all
Hit of the party Need to follow the directions about time it takes to freeze. Will thaw quickly. Lasted appx 1 hour before beginning to thaw. But stayed useable for the entire party. People made jokes saying” started at a double D cup size and ended at a b cup. Very fun for all.
