I picked up this 2-pack of 5.0Ah BL1850B batteries for my Makita tools and I'm really impressed. They charge fast, last way longer than my old batteries, and fit all my tools perfectly. Great battery

For an off brand battery they are pretty similar to official Makita batteries, work well hold a good charge and last pretty similarly to original, at a fraction of the cost. Cost per use is low, quality is pretty good, I don't care for the battery indicator only showing when you press in the button, the original would show for a few seconds then turn off automatically.For the price it's a good deal might but more in the future

They came we quickly and in excellent shape. I have both the mower and trimmer-edger from Makita. Seems we never have enough backup battery power but these fill the bill. Longevity is Another issue but for now they last as long as the OEM batteries.

The were a great price and they fit my Makita tools with not problems. I have only received them a couple of weeks ago so it is too soon to tell what the life is going to be. I have used and recharged both of them with no problems, So far, so good.

Always looking for a deal, but you get what you pay for not what you hope for. One of the two batteries failed after 4 months. Used it in a Makita blower, after using it the battery indicator shows no lights, the battery measured 2.8 V, so put it on the charger and it said "charged" after just like 2 minutes. Took it off and dead. Tried another charger, same thing. Tried the trick of charging it from another battery and it got up to 10V but nothing more. Tried putting it into the charger again and still no luck. Opened it up and didn't see any obvious defects. Likely something inside one or more of the cells. Skip this one and save some money. On the other hand, if one battery keeps working then at least it something.

These batteries work perfectly with all of my Makita 18V power tools. They seem to last just as long, and take the same amount of time to charge as OEM batteries. If you're looking for an aftermarket battery for your 18V Makita tool, this is a great option. It's also perfect for folks who purchase amanita"tool only" on Amazon's and need batteries. I'm very happy with the purchase, and will be being more as I build up my inventory of batteries. With around a dozen tools, including lawn equipment, mechanic type tools, and vacuums, I like to have a lot of batteries on hand. I've purchased these a few times now, and the quality is always perfect. I'm sure I'll be buying more as soon as I have a few spare dollars to spend on them again.
