Pros: Amazing for price, Strong, Long Lasting and Durable plastic that prints well and adheres well to my magnetic bed. No nozzle problems, no dimensional accuracy problems, fuses together well when connecting old spools. A very good product.Cons: Slightly smellier than regular PLA, will give you a headache if you are printing in the same room with no ventilation.

My preferred pla plus. Consistency of flow is even, and at a good price. It does not glow, it’s opaque white, so there’s no transparency. Minimal odor

I’ve bought ELEGOO PLA+ three times now and it’s quickly become my go-to filament. The quality is consistent across every spool — no tangles, no weird diameter issues, and it prints beautifully right out of the box.The layer adhesion is excellent, the finish looks clean and professional, and it sands and paints really well (which is perfect for cosplay builds and detailed projects). Compared to regular PLA, the PLA+ feels stronger and less brittle, so my parts hold up better.Also, I’ve had zero clogging issues, and the spools are always vacuum-sealed with desiccant, so I know I’m getting fresh, dry filament every time.Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, reliable PLA+ that just works, I highly recommend ELEGOO. I've been using Elegoo filament for a while now and started wondering why. I've been dealing with stringing forever and always thought it was based on the environment in my home office. I got a high baby gate to keep the pets out and a portable AC unit to keep the humidity down and don't even need to use dryer boxes as much anymore as all of my PLA has been working so much better...except for Elegoo.No matter what I do with this stuff it continues to get stringy when printing.Even with my new environmental conditions and all of my other spool working well, pus dryying the Elegoo for several hours it's still stringy.I've switched to Overture and not using Elegoo anymore after I finish up these last few rolls. Overture prints beautifully. Even Sunlu silk gets a bit stringy now and then, but a few hours- even 1 hour in the dryer fixes it, but not Elegoo.
