Garbage and cheap suppier! Received used product with multiple scratches. Such a scam this is. Wasted my time and moment of gift. Seal was dirty and opened before i even opened! Then the plates inside were severely scratched! Now i am trying to return it shows unknown error or something.

I am absolutely impressed with ikonic's Hair straightener! I have tried many brands none of them worked for me but hands down to this one. My hair is thick and wavy type.
