I would like to respectfully disagree with the other answers. The answer to this question depends on your sweetness requirement. I sweeten chai normally, but not this brand. Paromi cinnamon chai contains rooibos, which is naturally sweet. I add milk or cream to this tea, but don't feel the need to add any additional sweeteners.
