These actually have turned out very well. With extra long hair, I have used virtually every curler there is to try and always looking for the best for efficiency and effectiveness. These worked out exceptionally well!! Although, I was extremely pleased with a recent fast setting electric curler for those unexpected and unplanned, get ready fast moments, sometimes however hair-setting overnight works just as well and saves those extra important minutes in the morning. I have used several styles of these type foam wrap hair curlers with varying degrees of success ...this turned out beautifully first try and I only needed a small handful of these for those great results. My husband was impressed! Better yet, the curls held and held and held!! A real key was the length on these. These are longer than most ....also, these had multiple diameter options for selecting the perfect size to the styling need. I actually went with a tight diameter for my long hair although I was intending looser curls ...by beginning the wrap more than halfway up the hair-shaft, the subsequent wrap layers wrap wider and wider with each layer and become larger enabling long locks to end with looser, more flowing curls, and yet the set overnight can be comfortable, less curlers and won't be bulky. So, it worked exceptionally well and was an absolute success for me! The thin rods worked ideal and pinched closed easily holding tight until morning. This took so little time and I had absolutely fabulous, terrific results! Marvelous volume and excellent curl!

Love these! I bought them to do a braided rod twist out on natural hair and the compliment that I received was that I should always wear my hair using the rods. Sorry, I don’t have a picture to post at this time. I added the rods to the ends of my hair to give that extra curl twist pattern. Also to note, they are very comfortable if you have to sleep with them. Fast shipping and they were at my house like next day. Buy them! You will not be disappointed!

I like this product very much. It was exactly how it was described. It’s also very durable when you put it in boiled water for braids.

These work, but they're meant for long hair or for something else. I bend them in a circle in my hair, and within a week or two, I was ripping them out in the middle of the night. I bought the shorter ones and I don't have that problem.

The rollers do create great curls. I have medium thickness/weight hair. Thru trial and error I found I should not leave the rollers in my (dried) hair more than an hour. When I when I take the curlers out, my hair is very bouncy.

used the small yellow rods for the few straight pieces of heat damaged hair to blend with the curls worked perfectly.
