Very pretty bombilla straw, stainless steel.
I have been using bombilla straws ever since we went to argentina. I cannot quite stomach mate, but I love, love the straws for loose leaf tea. It is so nice to be able to not have to use a tea ball, tea bag, or strain my tea. I recommend these straws to people. I chose this particular straw because it is so cute with the colored bead. The bead looks like stone, but I think it must be plastic. I couldn't find it in the listing which it is. These straws would make great gifts, or for just personal use. I appreciate that it is food grade stainless steel. Apparently the filter part comes off the straw for cleaning, but I was a little too timid to pull it off. Made in China.

Great Quality & Aesthetically Pleasing
The quality is great, I did a quick clean of the bombilla (straw) with the cleaning tool it comes with and it worked great. You can easily remove the filter portion of the straw at the bottom which is great for cleaning purposes. The size is perfect for my Gourd that I purchased from Yerba Mate Lab. It’s hard to find a good bombilla on market in the US and I am so happy I found this. The filter of the straw is GREAT you do not get ANY big or small pieces when sipping your Chimarrao which makes the taste so much better. Please be sure you properly set up your Mate so you get the best results as when I first set it up I accidentally murked the water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUY.

The Stone feels pretty cheap and the straw is really hard to clean, other than that It’s pretty good although it does clog sometimes.
