Yes, these straps lessen the snoring, but don't expect any miracle. They are a bit uncomfortable (as you cannot speak a lot after putting them on) and in my case they reduce the snoring no more than 10-20% (I recorded myself to hear the effect, thus I know what I'm talking), but of course it was only in my case. Quick delivery, good price.

Difficult to follow instructions
I could not follow the instructions to wear this plaster without it being over my lips (and I found it extremely unpleasant to remove).

Good. Hubby got good sleep when I was using them but they are sore getting ripped off in the morning

Did not work for me...
This product may work for some, but did not work for me. The adhesive on the straps is quite strong (I guess it needs to be), and it is quite difficult to remove it all from your face in the morning.
