Used this last winter in parking garage where I work to start stranded cars. Still use accosionally when anyone needs a jump. Works as described!

I have used this 3 times this winter on a Lexus GX 460 v8 that had a dying battery and a Toyota Land Cruiser V8 that has been sitting for weeks. Worked fast!

I've had it about 2 months now and have used it several times ......started a V8 f150 completely dead battery 6 times only using about half of the banks stored power.

Old car needed a start and this is so convenient to have!

This handy portable jump starter came with the guy who jumped my car (roadside assistance), and he swore by it. Now I do, too. We have one for every vehicle. If we don't need it, someone might. I highly recommend this. It rightly instills confidence.

Small size but enough power to boost my dead lawn tractor battery and start it on the first crank. Carefully charged, too, which allowed its use on delivery.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This jump starter doesn't come with the A/C adapter (plug-in charger). The first time I called Interstate Customer Service they suggested I look around the house for a USB-C charger from some other electrical device I might have lying around! Until you find a wall charger that will work, you won't be able to use this battery. You won't be able to hit the ground running with this unit. The second time I called Interstate Customer Service they said they don't support the jump starters and suggested I call a local Interstate retailer for help. They know it's an issue. Amazon Customer Service was very helpful with a return and replacement because we thought the A/C adapter just got left out of the box. The replacement unit also didn't have the A/C adapter. It's not included.

Jump started a 5.9 Cummins and 6.4 powerstroke. I can’t complain. Probably get 3-4 starts out of it on a diesel before charging
