The media could not be loaded. I have had this device for about a month. It is a high quality , well made hand held red light machine. I already have panel lights so I am very familiar with the benefits and am sold on the technology. But the panels are stationery and inconvenient for use away from their more permanent location. THIS device IS portable.It feels great in your hand, the insurrections are an easy to read color booklet - no cheap foldout piece of paper here. The interface is easy to use and not at all confusing. You hold the on off button down for a couple seconds to turn it off or on. You can choose pulse light or continuous. There are four power levels and a timer. The box comes with a pair of safety glasses but I think you have to make your own judgment whether to use or not. The first time I turned on a red light device I thought it would blind me permanently. Now my eyes tolerate it well and I believe the light waves are good for my eyes. Think similar to sunrise and sunset. Same type light and it helps set my circadian cycle.Let’s talk about the pulse light option. My expensive panels don’t have that and they have read evidence that it is even more beneficial. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that feature.How will I use this device? It’s great for hair growth and hubby has hair thinning right at the crown. It’s so easy to hold this light there for a very few minutes to stimulate the hair follicles. I will use it on my face to rejuvenate the cell mitochondria and collagen for more youthful skin. I have only one joint in my whole body that has pain (thankfully) and it is one big toe joint. It’s so so easy to use this light on that joint for a few minutes daily to help alleviate inflammation but stimulating the cells. My almost 80 year old mon had two different knee surgeries. At inconvenient as it was, I took my panel over and left it at her house. The. I went a two or three times a day to help her get red light on her knee. I am not exaggerating when I say the doctor and the PT were both shocked at how fast she healed and got back to normal activities. There was a small incision site on the back of her leg that started getting red and puffy. So we added light to the backside for a couple days and the swelling went away.I highly recommend this handheld therapy device. It is just the right size to be comfortable in your hand, substantial but not too heavy, has a nice smooth feel and is easy to use. But the benefits are the real reason to buy!!!!! Don’t hesitate.

This red light therapy device is about twice the size of one of those handheld temperature infrared meters. Its has a few settings to tweak that make it fairly easy to use.just turn it on set the power and duration and hold it to the area you want to treat. This works great for most areas that you can easily reach. This is a targeting red light device which works good for the areas you use on the only problem with this one is that for certain positions holding it becomes a bit tiresome. It doesn’t weigh much but holding awkward positions can be discomfiting.

A couple months ago I got my first red light device to try. It's a pen size device meant for small skin ailments. Unfortunately it came with no directions on how to use it so I had to do a bit of research. I also came across countless health issues that can be treated or aided in treatment with red light so my first experiment has been on a case of toenail fungus I've had for 10+ years and failed to eradicate with every OTC or home remedy I could find. This device is really easy to use. You can choose to set a time, strength and mode of constant or pulsed light. It's also cordless which is a big plus because my smaller one isn't. It shows the battery life in the corner of the display so you know when it's getting low and needs recharged. It also comes with a usb adapter, a really long charging cord,a nice set of laser safety glasses and an easy to read instruction booklet that includes recommendations on how to use it.This is an all around excellent handheld red light device that effectively eases aches and pains and helps heal wounds and other skin ailments.

If you have read any of my previous reviews then you probably know I am addicted to 2 things- good wigs and red light therapy. This device is VERY well made and then didn't spare any expense when making it. It is solid, which you can tell the minute you unpack it. The instructions are very clear and understandable, the device charged much faster than I expected and I expected to have to charge it after a 60 minute use but the battery/charge held up. I even found a way to multi-task while using this. I altered my blow dryer stand so that this can be placed in it and I use it while I get ready, keeping myself hands free. I am trying to make sure to use this multiple times throughout the week and use this to focus on my face, as far as improving skin tone/texture and trying to get rid of the fine lines I see creeping in. Wonderful RLT device!
