I like this hamper!Assembly was easy enough—as said elsewhere, pay close attention to the pictures in the instructions. The crossbars and rail guides, in particular, have a specific orientation. Look at how many holes are in which direction in diagrams. Everything but the bag frames has a specific orientation it wants to be mounted in.Also, don’t fully tighten the screws until the final step—tighten them enough the thing stands up but leave a little play so it wobbles. If you use the adjustable feet, make sure they’re screwed all the way in. Then for your final step, sway it around a little, then tighten everything with it sitting upright on the floor. That way, the feet will be level as built. This is very important for wheel casters in particular.Last tip: the slider rails for the bag frames have little plastic caps on the end. Some of them aren’t quite flush with the rail. If those hang off the back-bottom, they’ll catch on the rail guide when you pull the bag out. But every frame in my kit had at least one end where both caps were either flush or hung off in the same direction to keep one side flat. That end goes to the rear, flat side face down. That way, the frame can easily slide in and out.The only recommendation for the seller would be to make the black bag charcoal gray instead. As it is, it’s so much darker than the other two that a) it disappears and looks like a shadow in anything but the brightest light, and b) it makes the white and silver bag look the same color (even in person). The unit would look considerably better if all three bags were visible and the grays were closer.Still, I’m delighted!

Took about 30 mins to assemble because my toddler was climbing all over me but it is so easy to roll around so you can move it to wherever you need to go. I like that you can take the hamper off the frame so you can carry it to laundry room or dump it in the washer if you need to. It does fall off if it gets too heavy. It has two wheels that lock but you can choose where those go. It’s super sturdy it goes with my L desk and bed frame so I’m super happy with it. The top wooden piece was a little hard to align but just screw it in the best you can while applying pressure bc it’ll go through it even if it’s not aligned perfectly.

We really wanted to love this product but sadly, the screw holes did not line up on the cross bars making it impossible to assemble. Have to give it a fail.

This was super easy to put together - I even did a step backwards and had to undo what I had done to fix it (my error, not the instructions) and I still finished it in a relatively short amount of time - AND the fix I needed to make was super easy and quick to fix. The only thing (which is a good and a bad thing) is that there are stoppers that prevent the hampers from coming out which is great because you don't have to worry about it flying out when you are placing clothes inside, however it does mean that the laundry has to be transferred out to a laundry basket or carried to the washing machine. Otherwise, this has been a great set up and having the shelf on top has been a nice addition.

This hamper set has a very nice look to it that adds a lot of personality to my laundry room. I'm very pleased with its look and feel. There are however some issues with its construction. My set only works with the wheel castors that were supplied in the set. The adjustable feet could not be used as the pre-drilled holes where they are meant to be installed were off-centered which made it impossible to screw them in without damaging them. The surface of the hamper was also a very tight fit during the assembly of the hamper which required some finessing to get into place. Aside from that, one of the hampers has an issue where the back bumper of the sliding bars were not flush and made it difficult to pull out. The opposite side luckily was flush so all I needed to do was flip it around but that was just luck. Based on the dimensions, you may want to know that the surface is probably not meant to fold clothing on as it is too small for shirts or pants to lie on completely. It is better used to store laundry supplies like detergent and dryer sheets. Overall, I still like it and would recommend it when it is on sale.

I use this hamper set in my laundry room. There are three baskets, each a different color for easy sorting. What makes this unique is the top shelf. This has come in so handy for folding smaller items, temporarily holding stacks of folded laundry, or holding various laundry items. It sits on wheels, so it rolls easily and the wheels can be locked.Assembly is not the easiest because the instruction, which are fairly detailed, are not always clear. Several times I put something together, only to find that I had it backwards or upside down. The diagrams were ambiguous. Also, a couple of the parts had some slight damage, even though the unit was very well packaged (see photo where table top is lifted slightly).Overall, a nice hamper set with lots of nice features, but one ready to spend some time assembling it properly.
