A beautiful collection
This is a beautiful collection at a good price. Each packet is 750mg. All of those received were packed for 2025. They are all labeled as non-GMO and heirloom. I am a real stickler for labeling of my seeds, since I collect a lot from many different companies and also store some of my own organic, home-grown seed. I would really appreciate having a convenient "days to maturity" on each packet of everything I grow as a convenient reminder. There is a flag on the back of the packet, but I like to see an explicit "Grown in USA," too, on most of my seed, with rare exceptions for a non-USA specialty variety.I have grown all of these mustards before and one of the beauties is that it can grow both spring and fall or even most of the year in many areas of the U.S., with a little covering protection in some areas for an extended season. The pak choi is a special favorite. I wish this set included the red one, too. I have found that mustard seed is easy to collect from your own best plants (if you can resist eating them) and that the germination is always good with mustard seed.

"Packed for" dates on each packet are either old or conflict. Germination rate 75%.
I first always check the "packed for" date on seeds I buy by mail, and these were not reassuring. Only two packets say Packed 2025, but they also have 2020 Survival Garden Seeds and 2021 Survival Garden Seeds printed on them. The other two have no "packed for" date stamped and each say 2022 Survival Garden Seeds, so who the heck knows how old these seeds are.Ordinarily I test germination of each individual packet, but these seeds are very small and I plan to mix them up and plant them in a raised planter like mesclun, except for cooking greens. So I took ten seeds from each packet and sprouted them between paper towels. 30 of the mixed seeds sprouted, for an overall germination rate of 75%, which is only so-so.The dates these seeds were packed is not clear and one out of four is a dud. I would not purchase seeds again from this company.
