Carefree Fish Aquarium Mini Magnetic Cleaner for Glass Fish Tank Tiny Magnet Brush Algae Scrapers (No Floating)

I ordered this tank cleaner and I sure wish I had known about this earlier. This is so handy and I have the acrylic tank. It's black so it looks like it's suppose to be there if you leave it attached. It's one of this great finds that makes your life a little easier.

I bought this for my father to clean out his tank! He said he absolutely loves it. He mentioned it does not get a close cut like a razor does but he said it’s perfect for getting most of the algae off! He uses it quite often and likes how you don’t have to stick your whole arm in your tank at all! 10/10

this magnet is a little small for me and I have small hand, would be nice if it is 1/2" longer, that is 1 x 1-1/2 is great. It actually works well.

The magnet is strong enough to barely hold together on 6mm glass. Running into any algae buildup can knock it loose so you have to be careful. And it takes many, many passes to clean.You get what you pay for?

It does a good job at removing algae from the aquarium glass but the magnet is not very strong. It keeps disconnecting, falling off, and floating to the top of the aquarium . That is one nice thing about it. I don't have to retrieve it from the bottom of the tank like others I have had.

I had owned one like this a while ago. But quite working with fish for a few years. I misplaced my old one and could not find where I got it. So I bought this one. It's magnets are very weak and it does not hold tight enough to hardly scrub off anything off the inside of the glass. It takes several swipes and it usually pops off and floats up. Buy a better brand. There are ones that work REALLY well. But this is not one of those. I am very unhappy with this item. It was a total waste of money.

Love, love, love this little algae scraper!! I have a little 5 gallon tank with a curved front, and this little magnetic cleaner works like a charm! I leave it attached always, and it's small design means I can tuck it inti the corner of the tank to "store" it. It is super small though, really only suitable for extra small tanks.

This product works well I used a few other ones in the past but this one works very well. I will purchase it again.

Just got this and immediately tried it. It failed immediately. The magnet isn’t strong enough to hold with glass between it. It doesn’t apply enough force to scrape the algae off the glass. And it disconnects constantly. I’m returning this immediately.
