It really works
This tea works great for helping to get to sleep. I use it when I wake at night and have trouble going back to sleep. Taste is good, like a normal herbal tea. I wake rested and not groggy.

I LOVE THIS TEAAAAA!!!! It’s literally like a miracle tea for me. In the past I was taking melatonin gummies and they would mess me up! I would have nightmares all the time and I would also feel groggy in the morning. This tea is so gentle and calming. You feel like you’re slowly drifting off to sleep. I also don’t dream as crazy as I used to. I wake up feeling happy for once! One time I did accidentally put two bags in the my cup lol it didn’t make it nasty or anything but it did “knock me out”. I’m also super happy I found the tea on Amazon! It’s cheaper here than at my local grocery store.

Relaxing and flavorful.
I enjoy the taste and aroma of this tea. Since I have trouble sleeping I enjoy the decaf version so I can have a relaxing cup in the evening. Especially if I awake at 2 or3am.
