Confusing instructions.
This is my first trail camera and I'm delighted to have it but the Quick Setup Guide, as well as some of the other instruction , is confusing. The camera works great after I figured out that in order to start recording you have to press the OK button, not the MODE button, which I'm assuming is the one with the capital M on it. When you press OK it counts down 10 seconds and then starts recording. I've captured wildlife overnight in my yard but I saw that the IR lights light up when motion is detected so I would be hesitant to leave it anywhere at night where people walk by. I ordered the other model where the lights don't light up. So far it works just as advertised and it fun to use! I still give it a 4 of 5 stars because of the instruction guide, not the camera.

Quality, or lack thereof, of Browning motion cameras.
A second Browning camera of this vintage gone bad in less than one year. I have 6 cameras running year round and the 4 Brownings are the least reliable.A bad product for sure. 2 camera events over 5 months, new batteries and wasted $150 and months of potential pics lost. Browning sent camera back ..said it works with no problem..I took it out of box ( with a witness) attempted to turn it on with no success. Faulty ON/Off switch..duh. Can’t even eject the battery case to look at new browning batteries they comped me.

Only works during the day
It would not take pictures or videos at night. Started with brand new batteries, Browning solar panel. Nothing! Called tech support, advised me to get new batteries and try again. Went thru three sets of batteries in less than two weeks, it never took a video at night.

Unreliable Camera
I used to love Browning trail cameras but every recent model I've owned has had major issues. I purchased several of the Strike Force cameras and they worked fine for a short time, but quickly started to malfunction. Specifically, multiple units of this model will not take video at night as programmed. When set to to take a 30 second video, night videos will range from 4-10 seconds. I've had lots of long camera sets on some promising locations only to get home and have nice animals on camera, but the 4 second videos are useless and disappointing. Overall, I don't trust the brand anymore, the quality is not as good as it used to be and the cameras are unreliable.
