I bought the unflavored one. In 35+ years of both competitive powerlifting and now just casual bodybuilding in my 50's, this is one of the best supps I have ever taken for a freakish pump and overall just full, heavy feeling. Pump is AMAZING, hats off to Haney Rambod on this one. But one warning, the taste is utterly ATROCIOUS. You simply have to find a way to get past the taste, it has made me gag, I have to mix it with my pre formulas to get it down. But if you are addicted to the feeling of the pump like me, you will love it by mid-workout. It works better than Gorilla liquid glycerol, which is saying a lot, although, Gorilla tastes a bit better. Once you find enough stuff to choke this down with, you'll love the hard pump that comes later. I swear it almost feels "illegal". I'm 6' 290, and after a workout with this, I literally feel like I'm 300. It ain't cheap, it tastes like ass, but wow it jacks you up. Thank me later.

Do you need more juicy Pumps. Then look no more and get this. You can take it by itself or mix it in with your pre workout. The taste is amazing.

Works really well

I purchased the sour watermelon since the pre-workout is great, but the taste is barely tolerable, it has a very chemical/medicine-like taste. Don't expect to finish your workout if you take this on an empty stomach. also as noted in other reviews, it's messy, sticky, and leaks out of the cap, I tried to continue using it since it didn't let me return/exchange it, but it's just not for me.
