Bought in 2019 and it worked fine. Not used recently and now the red light is on. I've charged for 14 hours, and torch not working. Anyone know why ?

Do you have a spare 18650 battery that you can pop inside to work out if the battery is faulty or whether it is the torch? I would be more inclined to think it is a battery problem. How did you charge the battery? In the torch? If so, you may get better results charging it in a dedicated charger such as a nitecore or xtar charger as they can recondition batteries.

Does this have a zoom facility?

This Torch can be changed from a wide beem to a narrow more intense beem

How long does it take to fully charge it up, and then how long will it last for?

Good morning and thank you for your question. The full charge time is 6 hours, while the discharge time depends on usage, the chart is as follows: Light functions and run time 1. Full power - 6 hours 2. Mid power - 15 hours 3. low power - 144 hours.

How do you get the strobe function to work? I've owned this torch for ages, but have only been able to get the three modes working.

You have to programme it by holding the button down as per the instructions. Once you have if it’s switched on you just press and hold the button and it goes in strobe mode. Have to Hold the button down. Once you let go it reverts to the light level it was on before.
