Will this prevent me from tanning if i get the spf 70 and apply it under my makeup?

I want to try to help if I can-this sunscreen is perfect for winter, when you need protection and moisture (THICK) and could be perfect to wear under your makeup-but I will say, that I do not use this on my face in Summer under makeup. I would use an SPF specifically for your face-I believe Sun Bum has one.🌞

Is it fragrance-free? I’m usually itchy with fragrances!

It is not fragrance free. Has a fresh coconut smell. I don’t think it is strong. I don’t usually care for the coconut smell, but this was pleasant to me.
