I got the product on time. However, the scooter handle to which it is attached could be a better match. The layer of plastic that was provided with the lock to make a perfect fit was also not enough for making a perfect fit. It was missing on the second day and I have been using it with the loose fit which has scratched my scooter a little bit. The only reason I selected this product was it was from the same company and I thought it would make a perfect fit. but, alas! it didn't.On the lock, it is sturdy enough. I just hope it was a little bit longer.

This lock was insanely easy to program my own code into. Instructions were clearly printed on a piece of attached cardboard. It took all of 15 seconds to program it. I like that a bike clip/mount is also included. The dials are large and very easy to grasp and turn. The cable is thick, and I can't imagine any thief being able to cut it without a professional or industrial tool.

Got this for my kid to lock up his bike at school and wherever he goes. He was planning to keep the lock on his frame when not in use. He used it once then he lost the code and can’t remember it. I tried to cut it off the bike but it’s too strong, it’s on there for good. Haha. A testament to how hard it will be for a crook to steal your bike!

This lock was so useless that my scooter was literally stolen the first time I used it. The scooter thief did not even bother to take the useless lock.

it is good and easy to use but in my case, my lock code didn't work after 2 months even if I used the correct code it won't unlock at last I had to cut the lockit is better to buy a key lock than a code lock system it is more reliable
