Only lasted 14 months at 5 hours per day
Bulb is constructed well, but, lasted just over a year with usage of 5 hours per day.Started to flicker then died.Color was 2700K and gave off a nice light that to me was close to an incandescent lamp of the same 40 watt range.Would have given 5 stars but the premature failure and lack of communication with manufacturer warranted one star only.Will search for different brand.-v-Update 04-01-2018This is the sc=second bulb of this kind and brand.They don't last more than a year.My advise is to stay FAR AWAY from this brand as they don't even honor the warranty.-v-

Nice looking LED Filament Bulbs but....!
Ordered a 6-pack of the Oxford LED bulbs for a new chandelier. The price of $45 (6-pack) on Amazon was higher than other brands but the reviews were all good. I liked the filament look and wanted to try these over the standard LED look. They look very nice and give off a warm white light better than standard LED bulbs. They appear to be of good quality but one bulb failed immediately upon install. One half of the dual filament flickered for a brief while before failing. It does not light up anymore. I am not sure if this is a quality control issue or I just got a lemon. Also, the price for the 6-pack now has dropped to $34. Maybe they realized that the quality they were offering is worth just that, definitely not "100% premium quality" as advertised.

Bulbs failing after only 5 months of use
These bulbs looked good and worked well for a while, but 2 of 6 have failed after only 5 months of use. The failure seems to start with one of the light elements, which flickers in an annoying way As time goes on the element fails completely and then other elements start to flicker. I've been using them on a simple switch (no dimmer), so that is not a factor.

Beautiful. I bought 12 originally. After 1.5 years, three of them have burned out. So... they are a bit expensive for this failure rate.

Low Quality Bulbs
One of the 5 bulbs started flickering after 5 months and died right before the 6th month. Two of the other bulbs are showing signs of defect as well. Picture below. The center glass rod that supports the four filaments has snapped from its base. The warranty is for 6 months only. And the seller has been completely unresponsive to my requests for help.
