When creating intricate track designs with littles, the first thing you learn is that they love to take them apart and are then devastated by their own destruction. These track grips make your construction much more durable— especially if you like to add hills/bridges. Definitely recommend!

This was hard to rate because it is not a toy. It is a small plastic band that helps hold wooden train track together. I have different wood tracks and it worked well on all but the Thomas track....it was still loose after putting one on their track. Adding two bands to the track end worked better. I actually buy a lot of Bigjigs, Brio, and from Maxim Enterprises and they fit well on those tracks. I feel that since my grandson is still young, this would keep the frustration level down on his wooden tracks coming apart. They really fit snuggly together with the "Snug Trac". I had to pull pretty hard to get the track apart which is what I wanted so I am happy with this product and would recommend it.

These were ok. This may work better for kids older than 4, but my 3 year still had problems keeping his tracks together, so we ended up super gluing our tracks together to plywood.

I used these fasteners to hold together elevated wooden track and they are the only solution that works without having a support riser everywhere the tracks join together. Also, my 21-month old grandson likes to play with the trains and the fasteners keep the track together so that everything doesn't fall apart each time he picks up a train and moves it to a different track or in a different direction, which he does frequently.

These are fantastic! They work so much better than the plastic clips that are available. They are clear so they don't change the look of the track and sturdy enough that our toddler hasn't been able to break them with her teeth. They do require competent supervision if using them with toddler who are still putting things into their mouths. Small children may need help getting the pieces together and apart as they make quite a snug fit. I will definitely be buying more of these!

Did not work well on our Melissa and Doug tracks.

We bought a brio set and it was basically useless as delivered. How brio's very poor design is tolerated is beyond me. If our toddler even looked at it wrong it fell apart. I installed these and it's a night and day difference. The playset is actually usable now.
