Everywhere I went, they had to be ordered online, and since they were for my younger sister, she did not want to wait longer than a week for them. So when I found them online and cheaper, I was super excited. My biggest concern was that I ordered in kids size. However, as many reviews pointed out, as long as you stick to the size chart, you should be safe. I ordered the shoes for my sister in size 4.5 (she's a 6.5 in adult) and they fit her just right. There is one shoe (the right side) that sometimes fits her a bit lose but I expect this to be that feet are never the same size. The hasn't complained yet, and she loves them. Would definitely have to send them back if I got the 5. They feel nice and look great but they are some differences between these and the adult version. The biggest thing is the inside. They don't have as much padding or arch support as the adults but still comftorable. The top where the laces are is also smaller in size then the adults and the bottoms have a design that the adults don't have. So basically it's a smaller looking version then the adults but they look good and are still sperrys. That pair had a longer top area. So far, this style of sperry's has held up great. She wears them daily to school and is tomboyish, so she's always running around in them at recess. I feel much better about this style (the shorter top area) than the "other" style. The laces are annoying as they don't always stay tied.
