It's Real 10k and just as advertised
This is exactly what I ordered. It shipped on time before our daughters graduation. The chain is 10K so she will have to be careful because it's thin. But it's totally real and not silver coated. The font is very nice for her name. Also, this chain is long enough for her neck to hang and be seen. We both are short. I ordered the first option of length for chain. I didn't pay extra for a longer length. You cannot add a thicker chain on this one unless a jeweler would know how. Personally, I think my daughter will love it like it is. She's very dainty and loves jewelry. It's personalized and it lays beautifully on the chest and with any T-shirt. I will buy from them again. Great Job!

Good quality product and excellent customer service
The name and chain are sturdy and have held up well to daily use. We had a problem with the shipping (US mail lost it) and they bent over backwards to get me a replacement immediately as it was a gift and we were going out of town. i could not be happier with their service and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
