The bed is excellent but the instructions for putting it together are not easy to follow. Once assembled, it is very good.

I received the bed August 30th. The electric components were broken and missing 3 castors. I have been trying for almost a month to get the boxes picked up and returned. They are too heavy for me to move. I needed the bed 3 weeks ago!! My elderly mother is sleeping in a recliner. I am very dissatisfied and still haven't received a refund or another bed.

I accidentally ordered the bed without the mattress. My mom was coming home from the hospital by the end of the week and I was panicking. I called Click Medical and spoke with Hasbo from Proheal Products Support. She quickly assured me that she would order the mattress immediately and within 24 hours I would have the shipping and tracking information emailed to me AND with no extra charge! I received a confirmation email immediately after our conversation, shipping information the following day, and another one after it shipped with kind words about may mom returning home and not to hesitate if I needed anything else. I received the mattress in plenty of time and was so grateful . I don’t usually write reviews, but found it necessary this time with such exemplary support and kindness. Thank you, Hasbo!!

Thank God Youtube had an instruction for assembly of a similar bed. The booklet that came with the bed was so bad that I would likely gotten upset and returned it because the instructions were so bad. It started bad with Step 1 and only got worse. The location of the drive assembly is different then its shipping location. The assembly to raise and lower the bed is different than the one in the manual.

Looks like what I need and will try ordering again and hope that it comes by UPS!!!!

There was some product damage in shipping, so I had to contact the seller. Excellent customer relations and communication. The bed was not very hard to assemble, it took me about 30 minuets. It is very quite and operates smoothly. I am fully satisfied with this purchase. Due to my interaction with the company and how they stand behind their product I will do business with them any time. I would rate them higher than 5 out of 5 if possible.

My mother loves her hospital bed. Easy to operate and saved us a lot of room around it. She is not a bedridden senior but loves this bed. Thank you

Bed would have been great seems like it was repackage and sent to me. Bars that lift the bed were on the wrong side, so when you tried to put the bar that turns to make the bed rise it didn't fit. Then I had to order Chinese tools to be able to take it apart and turn it around to the other side. If the bed wasn't so heavy I would have returned it, plus I had to cut the box open cause it was packed so tight couldn't just pull it out the box. If I get it to work I won't care that it was redone and repackage but if I can't the bed will be useless if it just lays flat.
