Does this work on light or dark scars?

I don't know, but I'm guessing it works on both light and dark scars. It works really well on my old scars.

Can the tape be cut to a smaller size? my scars are small scars.

Yes, I use it on my lower legs, I cut them according to the shape of my scars, put them to cover my scars

I have an old scar on my hand from cutting vegetables before, does it really remove the scar marks?

It should be ok, I have been using it for half a month, the old knife wound on my hand has obviously become shallower

Is it effective for stretch marks?

Yes, I used this product before, and my stretch marks are not as red as before.
