No Absorption !!
I have been taking this product since October 2025 with zero results....I recently got an evaluation done due to some other reason and my on my zinc serum test I was found deficientPlease get yourself tested to check whether there is any change or not, don't fall for the review or any other marketing gimmicks

Zinc Picolinate
I would say great product as it is mixed with copper bisglycinate to make the product efficiency good but I would also say that zinc picolinate in it is what makes me give it a 2 star.Zinc Picolinate doesn't break in our body and picolinic acid goes inside the organs decreasing iron levels and increasing serotonin levels.Because of this it made my hair loss.If it would have been only zinc bisglycinate, this product is a go go for sure
