This is great. I don’t use it for me menstrual pain but for neck, trapezius and migraines. I am a great user of wheat packs and I need and always heat them very very hot so my great reservation with powered heating devices is that they won’t be hot enough. This is not a problem with this device ! The top level is actually too hot!! I’m so pleased with it I’m planning on buying a second. My only complaint is it doesn’t last that long on a charge - maybe 3 or 4 x 30 minute sessions. But given how hot it gets I suppose that’s unsurprising.

This is a powerful and comfortable heat pad I am very happy with my purchase. There are 3 temperature settings that put out a surprising amount of heat, I usually use a hot water bottle for period pain and I like it really hot and I didn't think this could come close but it definitely does the trick. I ignored the advise to build up to the highest temperature and found that I did need to step back down to the lowest temperature. It's very comfortable to wear I can't really feel the straps and the inside that is against my body is a soft fabric. It stays in place when I'm out and about too. No batteries required as it's rechargeable. Would recommend.

I’ve always been one to burn myself really badly with hot water bottles every time it’s that time of the month, this has saved me from that and I’m contemplating buying a second one! The battery life on full charge does depend on what heat and vibration setting you use which makes sense, but it is super handy being able to recharge. The levels of relief I get may not be the case for everyone with periods, but I’ve always suffered quite bad with them, so finding this was a godsend. The only downside is the part that clicks in to create the belt is fairly sharp however it can be filed down, it only bothers me when I have my arm/elbow leaning on it.

Really pleased with this heat device. I love that it has 3 heat settings and 3 massage modes as well.It has already saved me money in having to buy heat patches. I wear it for my lower back problems and it’s perfect. It also has a timer.My daughter wears it on her tummy when it’s the time of the month as she get some terrible cramps.It’s hands free is another plus it’s light and not too bulky. Comes with carry case and USB cordI fully recommend.

It’s helps with tummy cramps but it’s noisy when in vibrating mode so I won’t wear it outside the house. It heats up quickly and gets nice and warm. Also very easy to use.

An easy five star review because it has helped tremendously with my girlfriends cramps and its something that is always charged, ready to go.I bought this for her as she suffered more so than the average woman and with the help of this easy to use device, can deal with them much better. She is very surprised by the amount of heat emitted and different vibration settings offered by such a small device.

Although my wife says the pain has not gone away while wearing, it has eased up a bit. Specially at night when sleeping. Battery does not last long and it takes a lot of time to recharge but still a nice gift to show appreciation
