Bakewear, pots, pans, tea related items, sturdy mugs for coffee or tea, silverware - all of it. But a good kitchen knife? I swoon. I ordered this because I needed larger, sturdy kitchen knife for tough vegetables and larger cuts of meat. It's packaged beautifully in a custom box that helped it to arrive safely without stabbing any other items in the order. The handle has a very nice heft and feel, with one minor flaw - the tang at the top of the blade isn't exactly flush with the handle, so it's slightly irritating. That may be just the one I received and not normal for the product. The blade arrived sharp with a nice feel to it.
