Amazing for long-term use
This gets so incredibly warm at only 60w. Most 100W incandescent bulbs wouldn't even dream of getting this warm. I've owned 2 of these for 2 separate leopard geckos, one in a 20gallon tank and one in a 40gal. It's been 2 years, and neither of them have burnt out or malfunctioned! It's been great. I'll never have to buy an incandescent heat bulb again. Super worth the price. I might want to buy one at a higher wattage at some point for my 40gal, because the heat doesn't permeate that deep in taller tanks, but it's more than enough for the 20gal and it's good enough for night-time heat in the 40gallon.
