I've only just started taking this a week + ago, but do feel a bit more clear headed. when I order the next bottle I'll try to give a better report on what I have taken in this bottle..

I gave it 3 stars because in order to know if it truly works I would have to go to a lab to actually have them draw my blood for the results. I personally didn't feel anything out of the normal doses so I would not be able to tell you one way or the other.- if it worked.

I have a verified B deficiency. It seems to help me sleep. I have neuropathy in my feet. That seems to be improving.
