It's effective. It works and good for weight loss!

I started using Berberine about six weeks ago, and here’s my experience: What I like: • The formula is impressive: it contains a blend of berberine, cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon), milk thistle and other botanicals. According to the product description it’s a “12,200 mg equivalent” raw herb powder per serving. • The bottle size is generous — 150 capsules advertised as a 150-day supply (assuming one per day). • I appreciate that the brand states it’s made in the USA in GMP-certified facilities and is free from many common allergens (gluten, soy, dairy, etc.). • In my use I did notice a mild uptick in energy and felt slightly more stable (less mid-afternoon slump). Digestion seemed a bit more regular (less bloating) after the first couple of weeks. What to keep in mind: • While I felt some effects, they were modest — this is not a miracle fix. If you’re expecting dramatic changes overnight, you may be disappointed.

This soothed a GI tract and excited vagal nerve problem I had. I'm not sure which of the ingredients contributed, but they seem to work well together. Only minor negative is that the cinnamon will give a subtle burn in my eyes after ingesting the pills (which quickly goes away). The supplement strongly smells of cinnamon. --- I've took two stars off. I've ordered this three times now. First two batches were great. This time there's no hint of cinnamon and it stopped helping me. They either changed the formula, or their product is wildly inconsistent.

I am a 45 year old mom of 2. A toddler mom a d i am class 2 obese. 196 lbs. These have really changed the game for me. I was exhausted and now I'm so energized without coffee, anxiety or scattered energy. Just energy all day. Fuller faster and less cravings and snacking. I think one dose of 600mg a day is good for me because it can build up the system. I have only had one day of tummy upset and a cup of tea fixed it. But that could have also been from two other things. Other than that, no side effects.
