This product is DELICIOUS! The company ships it to me in Washington State and to my Son in Oregon State. It arrives well packaged and fresh. However, there has been some mishaps with the carrier (FedEx). I only ask that the vendor emphasizes that the item is parishable.

Best Stop consistently makes some of the best boudin in south Louisiana. You will not go wrong with it. Half a link to half a dozen eggs mix and scramble. Awesome breakfast burritos.

We ordered a few different brands of boudin and had them shipped to Oregon from Louisiana. Most of the time the packages arrive within 2 days, however, we have had packages arrive 10+ days after being shipped, so the product was not good upon arrival. The price is what you would expect to pay with shipping, even though we have Amazon Prime, so don't let the price fool you. We have ordered direct from boudin companies, and they charge $100+ for two-day shipping to us in Oregon. So, to be able to buy a pack of 3 12oz. packages each and delivered within two-days is actually a pretty good deal. The Best Stop smoked boudin is delicousness, spicy, but not too spicy, tasty ingredients, the right amount of rice to meat ratio. Casing is tasty grilled to a crisp, tastes like chicken skin, if you are into that.

The Best Stop Smoked Boudin is good, but the shipping wasn't. It wasn't frozen, and really wasn't cold upon delivery. If it wasn't smoked I would have had to throw it away, just to be on the safe side.
