This was purchased as part of a total scalp treatment process. As a part of that whole, it does really well. I did accidentally later find out that it is smaller in microneedle length (from my understanding), but it works just fine for me. It makes my scalp feel refreshed and invigorated.It's really easy to use. Although it isn't very wide and it takes a lot of back and forth movements to cover everywhere, I am not sure how much wider you could go on the roundness of a head and still be effective, so no complaints.

Great tool, well made, easy to use, and the packaging is great , comes in the storage case that is air sealed, plus the outer box, so no concern about product integrity, its a great product, glad I went with this item despite there being countless other options out there. Loved this item.

Use this for my hair with another product and so far so good.. when I roll it across my head it doesn’t hurt!! It feels good actually.. I only used it once and it’s the perfect tool for what I need.. I would highly recommend giving it a shot

It cool it just haven’t work yet for me fully I got a little bit of hair growth but not much I think this company should do a package with another company or something so they can give you something that can boost the affects of the roller too
