Laser not working properly
Seemed like a good buy, but the laser only works when pointing up. Not the best for kitties to play with some that makes the laser go onto the ceiling. My cat likes the rotation and the toys, but I bought it for the laser. Might return the item.

Broken laser
The media could not be loaded. Wanted it to work but laser is iffy. Won’t turn on properly and stay on. Unfortunate because it seemed great. Fully charged and tried to troubleshoot but no luck. Useless

They broke the arm off in 10 minutes.
They loved it but broke it immediately— like within 10 minutes—and it’s not repairable. I think it’d be better if the arm was rubber instead of flimsy plastic. They love the laser but I specifically bought this because of the toy arm.

turns on by itself which is creepy as all hell & is pretty mediocre it does the same time then turns off.
