My son loved his electric skateboard for Christmas.happy with the price and was delivered 2 days before the date stated.well happy with amazons service.

Was really enjoying this product, using once per week, but it stopped working and seller has not replied to messages about replacement / fixing as product is still in warranty

I purchased the item the first time more than a year ago. I've had a great time riding it, until a couple of months ago it suddenly died. I just put it to charge overnight, picked it up the next morning, try and turn it on, and nothing happens. The battery died with literally no notice.Since I really enjoyed the product, I decided to purchase another one - and initially put the blame on either me pushing the device too much, or on my own electric system.I received the second one, I used it in my courtyard for a couple of minutes, I put it to charge, unplugged it after a couple of hours, and...surprise! The same issue is back! The skateboard won't turn on when I push the button, even if the battery is fully charged. The first skateboard lasted more than a year before dying, the second one couldn't even last a couple of minutes.I decided to go through trial-and-error (wait a bit, recharge it a bit more, etc.) to figure out what I was doing wrong, but it turns out that I'm not doing anything wrong. I put the skateboard to charge, I unplug it when the LEDs show that it's fully charged, I try and turn it on, and nothing happens.After one day I tried again, and - surprise! This time the skateboard turned on! So I decided to take it down for a couple of minutes, but after 2-3 minutes riding I noticed another problem: the battery just can't make it. While using the remote, the skateboard would suddenly turn off for a couple of seconds and start again. You can only imagine how dangerous this can be while you're going downhill or facing a sudden obstacle, and suddenly you have no options to brake.I've done another few attempts after that, but the skateboard still proves very unreliable. Whether it turns on or not is a coin toss. And, even when the battery is fully charged, it turns on and even the green LED is on, it will only last a few seconds before turning off.This is really a shame because I really enjoyed the product. But the quality of its battery is just unacceptable for a commercial product.

Razor Unisex-Youth X Electric Rasiermesser X1 Cruiser Elektro-Skateboard.Ein super cooles Teil!Unser Sohn fährt das nun schon seit 1,5 Jahren und wir sind super Zufrieden damit!Läd über einen Stecker in ca 2 Std voll.Aufgeladen fährt unser Sohn schon eine längere Zeit damit-sogar einen Berg hoch ohne Probleme!Ein Teil seiner Freunde kauften das ebenfalls da es schon ein cooles Teil ist-da jeder hinschaut wenn er damit fährt!Nur die Lieferung dauerte Ewigkeiten (Wochen) da es aus Versehen über Frankreich falsch geleitet wurde.Nachtrag:Nach knapp 2 Jahren läuft leider nichts mehr!Der Motor/ Batterie lädt nicht- somit nur noch zum wegwerfen.Teurer Spaß und Sohn sehr entäuscht da keine Garantie mehr drauf!
