Recommended highly by my auto-immune disease support group
I like it. It really does make you salivate like magic and has a light minty taste. I don’t really taste the mandarin, and like other reviewers noted, it can be slightly bitter sometimes, but I find it fine as is.These lozenges came highly recommend from my auto immune disease support group from multiple members who have chronic dry mouth. Luckily, I only get dry mouth sometimes, but I like having a few of these handy in my purse in case I need it.I do bite them in half sometimes because the size of the lozenge is quite large.Even just used as a breath mint, the salivation effect makes it even more refreshing. Just be sure to rehydrate with fluids often. My experience with prescribed products that have a similar salivation effect is a side effect of constipation. Luckily I haven’t experienced it with these.

Good product, not great price.
Love the product, however, I thought I was buying a box of 100 and it was really only 25. Same price at Walmart for 100 mints. Not happy about that, but will use the product, especially since it can’t be returned.

I was excited
And, I love them. They sit on a table at my front door, my family takes one or two on their way in and out the house.

Not any better than a cough drop.
I have severe dry mouth and hated Biotene. I tried these and was only able to suck on one until it was half way gone (which only took about 10 minutes), then it started to burn my tongue. I spit it out and went to sleep. I woke up 3 hours later and my mouth was just as dry as ever, with the sugar leaving granules on the inside of my mouth. This does not work any better than sucking on a cough drop or sipping on water. I hope I can return this product, but if not, at least it was only a few dollars.Since I have tried other products for dry mouth, I thought I would add a review of them.1)Biotene- Tastes like a weird bubblegum. The gel is really gummy and makes me extremely thirsty. I drink water and now the product is gone from my mouth. The mouthwash reminds me of drinking someone else's spit. YUCKY!2)Therabreath-Very acidic. Burns my mouth and upsets my stomach. Helps for a few hours. My least favorite product.3)Thayer's-Tastes like Tang. Takes a bit to get used to the flavor. Works for 3-5 hours. This product I liked the best out of the others.4)Act-A lozenge that has a mild mint flavor. Works 3-5 hours. Flavor is not consistent between lozenges. I like it, but it contains sugar. This one is my second favorite.5)MighTeaFlow-Doesn't work very well. Maybe a couple hours and you have to use a lot. Contains Fluoride!

Perfect.
I have really bad dry mouth from prescription drugs. Finally I have something I can carry with me when I need them.
