Snore Calm Chin-Up Strips (30 Pack)

I have tried several different methods of reducing my snoring, none of which worked particularly well (according to my wife). Hovever this one has done the job for us. If the cause of your snoring is that your mouth falls open when you sleep, this will be effective. They feel and look a little strange, but are not uncomfortable and I have got used to wearing them fairly quickly. They are fiddly to remove, a bit like removing a firmly adhered plaster and a small amount of sticky residue is left that has to be washed off. This may be helped if you rub your face with vasaline before putting them on, advice given by the manufacturer that I have not yet followed.I would recommend this product as worth trying if it fits your particular cause of snoring. There are some drawbacks that are farily minor if you are determined to cure your problem.

As a mouth breather and snorer these help a lot but not totally so improvement for me.

I tried these out several nights running. They certainly did reduce the volume and helped me breathe better but didn't solve the problem altogether. Also the bumps which sit at the base of your nostrils can be quite uncomfortable and I had to take a break as had a very sore nose after a few nights use. Will try again now it has healed.

I was disappointed with the amount of money I paid and what was sent to me. The picture on the box shows two people sleeping quietly, what it left out is the wonderful looking chin strap that you have to wear. The picture is deceiving and I did not find the product to meet the expectations it said it would.

I bought these not really expecting them to work as I have bought lots of similar products before however I am delighted that they do. My husband tells me that I now sleep without snoring. Takes a few nights to get used to wearing them however I would definetly recommend them.

Good communication and delivery would use again.Chin up strips did not work for will have to try some other method.

If you want to feel like you are sleeping in a Gimp mask, these are the items for you.Horrid claustriphobic things, irritated my skin so I had a red moustache all next day, and didnt stop my snoring.

I had no idea until it arrived, that this product is basically a big sticking plaster. There is no indication of this in the ads and the photographs. As I wear a beard it is not suitable for me. I tried it but found it ineffective, unsightly, and painful to remove. I would not recommend it. It was a waste of money for me.
