I use it as vitamins, add it to salad and it gives it a special taste! Helps my gastrointestinal tract, I feel great . I also use it for face and hair masks!

I love it! I use one spoon of it with honey and lemon and drink it like a tea to help cleanse my body and digestive system. Highly recommend!

I would never buy this again . It smells way rancid, so disappointing. Yucky

I really love the quality of this oil. Has a wonderful pine nut taste that I really like. Slightly bitter but not in the least bit unpleasant, at least for my taste. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because cedar resin is not listed in the ingredients on the bottle as advertised. If there really is cedar in it, shouldn't it be listed?

I quite like eating pine nuts for their very buttery and nutty flavor so I was expecting that taste profile when I tried a drop of this oil. While that pine nut flavor was there, it was very concentrated but there was an almost immediate bitter aftertaste that I just did not like. Perhaps I am more sensitive to that resin taste. To be fair, they do warn of the strong pine resin aftertaste.Because of that aftertaste, I’m not sure how I will continue to use this product. It’s a shame because I was hoping I could enjoy it drizzled on salads. I did try using it in my diffuser and that did seem to work well filling the room with that nutty pine scent.For me, at just 3.4oz, it’s a pretty pricey bottle with limited use.
