Great for a tiny touch of sweetening
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Now brand usually has a good product at a competitive price. I have learned that erythritol is implicated in blood clots. So I have chosen not to use sugar alcohols. I use very little sweetening as it is. If I want a slight touch of sweetening allulose works fine for that.

Great Sugar Alternative for Baking!
I recently started using NOW Alulose Sugar, and I’m thoroughly impressed! It’s a fantastic low-calorie sweetener that works well in almost all my recipes. The texture is very similar to regular sugar, making it easy to measure and use. I’ve baked cookies, muffins, and even made homemade ice cream with it—and they all turned out amazing. The taste is mild and not overly sweet, which I actually prefer. There’s no weird aftertaste like you get with some other sugar substitutes, and it caramelizes nicely when heated. Bonus: it doesn’t spike my blood sugar, which is perfect for someone like me who’s watching their carbs.A small downside is that it’s a bit pricey compared to regular sugar, but considering the health benefits and versatility, it’s worth every penny. If you’re looking for a natural sugar alternative, I highly recommend giving NOW Alulose a try!

Taste is good but you need a bunch of it
It’s a good sweetener (not artificial) but I found I needed twice as much as regular sugar to sweeten my coffee, so you’ll blow through it fast.

Zero Calories - All natural plant-derived sugar
I was …today years old when I discovered Allulose. It’s not as sweet as sugar - just add double the amount you would for sugar - it’s zero calories - all natural, plant derived …leaves you wondering what’s the catch - but there isn’t one - do your health a favor - hurry up and switch from sugar to this …!!!

Sugar replacement
This is helping me cut my sugar intake. I thoroughly enjoy my coffee but I use a lot of sugar. I am slowly cutting my sugar and replacing it with this. This is nice because it doesn't give my coffee a weird taste or have a bad aftertaste.

Tastes great, no AGE
I put it in my coffee. It tastes sweet. I wanted to stop eating sugar because of the AGE free radicals, this is perfect

I tried this allulose in my tea as a sugar substitute
It’s pretty close to sugar. No aftertaste. But it isn't quite as good as sugar and I didn’t enjoy my tea as much. If I was diabetic I would definitely use this but I am just trying to cut back on my sugar intake. I’ve switched to using honey to sweeten my tea and I am happy with that. I was just unsure of where and how this product was manufactured and prefer more natural products. Also it is only 2/3rds the sweetness of sugar so you have to add more.
