A: Yes it is. They are designed to work together.  The toggles on the swagman roll slip through the grommets on the helicon-Tex poncho. If you have access to YouTube Corporals Corner has great videos on both products.

A: This Pancho is actually  a bit more breathable than Gore-Tex and much lighter as well
