They are sturdy but small
I went by the volume on these and to me, they're no larger than a regular cupcake wrapper, just taller. I couldn't get the 4.7 ounces by volume in the cup but maybe they meant once the item is baked instead of before baking? I was looking for something slightly larger than a cupcake wrapper but sturdy enough to stand on its own so I didn't have to get muffin tins. My needs were probably just a little too specific. They are sturdy though so you can use them if you're looking for something to stand by itself. However, I'm not sure they're grease proof because mine leaked butter through them which would have made the contents impossible to sell. I was trying to make cruffins with puff pastry and all my butter leaked out of the dough all over the cookie sheet I had them on. Yes, puff pastry has a lot of butter in it but I feel like it all leaked out...it made a little butter lake. Perhaps it was the wrong application and I'm fine with that but that doesn't help me figure out the volume piece of it.

Great product
They are exactly as pictured which I like. A bit sturdier than I had expected - not like a normal cupcake paper. I love them.

These baking cups were perfect and I did not need the muffin pan. I baked them right on a cookie sheet. Do not fill the cups more than 1/3, the batter will run over.
