I give 5 stars and ignore the "copper" aspect to this product (there's no obvious copper in it, and even if there is, it's not doing anything useful, in my opinion--but I won't give a lower rating just because of that). This is a good item for its price and it is better than some others that have a similar or slightly higher price. I would recommend it. The sizing chart indicated that I should buy a small. I was a little uneasy about that because I don't wear a size small in anything. But it turned out to be the correct choice, so I would recommend following the measurement instructions and sizing chart for this product. I do like it snug so that it stays in place and gives a feeling of providing support. I mostly use elbow sleeves when sleeping so that I don't keep my arm tightly bent for hours at a time. It seems to help.

Good support and good quality. Not sure if it’s really copper or not but does help my elbow. It’s thicker than most and does a good job. So far not stretched and still fits good. Good purchase for those looking for some relief without breaking the bank.

Greatly improved my comfort while exercising. Even helped a little with the numb tingling sensation I get when I’m sleeping. Would order again!

Quality product that relieved my golfer’s elbow pain almost immediately.

Good but my only problem is that its a little long for an elbow brace. Especially for someone with bigger biceps. Pulling it up over my bicep was too tight. I had to cut it down and then it worked for me. If you have thinner arms it would probably work fine for you.

Medium fit well seems to help my elbow at this point.

Playing volleyball ( indoors and beach ) the sleeves hold up perfectly. Size was great for me. Very breathable and easy to wash. I’ve felt a big difference after long sessions or even after weight training. Definitely a nice support.
