This was defiantly a considered purchase, but won out due to the ease of cleaning, and variety of drinks, including the cold brew options. Also our old Delongi machine (Magnifica S Cappuccino) is still going strong after over ten thousand brews (but it was time........just needed something with more options). Using Lavazza Crema E Aroma beans (grind setting 3.5) this thing is brilliant. First coffee was good, and it's got better over the first week. We like hot milk based drinks and they are wonderful. Wish I'd got one sooner, but ....the price.... I'll take my sons word on the cold-based drinks. He loves em, but not my thing. Me and the wife have basically gone through every hot drink option in the first week and it's a game changer. Just so easy (and tasty). Latte Macchiato is the winner in our book (large, strength 4 or 5). Gave it a good clean today, removing the brew unit, but just needed a quick swill/dry and it was good to go. Easy to set up profiles for the 3 of us and set preferences for strength/favorites etc. Will keep everything crossed it keeps performing!

This machine is an absolute game-changer! I can confidently say the De'Longhi Eletta Explore is one of the best automated coffee machines I've ever used. It's become the centerpiece of our kitchen, handling everything from simple cups of tea to elaborate cappuccinos. And the espressos? Let me tell you, they rival those from my favorite coffee shops. While some have criticized the app, I've had a great experience with it. It's been a source of inspiration for trying new drinks, and I haven't had any connectivity issues. The Eletta Explore is packed with features and consistently delivers exceptional coffee. Plus, the user interface is a joy to use, with its occasional witty comments that always bring a smile to my face. A couple of things to note: * There's also a silver version of this machine that comes with a free coffee tumbler. This black version includes a free coffee pot. * De'Longhi no longer provides a free pack of coffee and descaler in the box. Instead, you'll receive a voucher for their website. Despite these minor points, the De'Longhi Eletta Explore is an outstanding coffee machine that I wholeheartedly recommend. It's an investment, but one that will elevate your coffee experience to new heights!

I bought the machine after much research, and I can honestly say that I have made the right decision. I bought it is a warehouse deal which saved approximately 27% on new price, it did not come in original packaging, which I already knew. It was well packaged and there was not a single blemish or item missing except for water softness test stick ( not an issue). I set it up utilising the app, which for me has worked extremely well. I used the "bean adapt" function of the machine via the app, and for my tastes, it was a flawless process to get it to brew outstanding coffee. The ease of use and the ease of cleaning ( no need to use cleaning tablets constantly, as it only requires a descale, which I performed using the recommended de'longhi fluid). The machine and app is very intuitive for use and I have no complaints. I have a brita filter installed in the water storage, which came with the machine and fill using filtered water ( my preference, as our tap water is extremely hard, and I want to prolong the life of the machine). It is also very economical to run and costs only a few pence to make great cup of coffee, be it cappuccino, Doppio, espresso or any other drink. The cold function I use a little less, but makes a superb drink! I have used semi skimmed milk and oat milk, and both work well in the Frother, which again is very easy to clean. It has so many options to adapt every style of drink that is preset and the option to create and save your own, it could be a little overwhelming to some, that said, the options are there, only if you want them. As for noise, the grinding of the coffee is probably what you'd expect, I mean it's grinding a hard bean after all. The heat up time is fast too. Now Let's see how it performs long term!

Fantastic machine - replaced another make after 6 years but this one is better. Try the Cappuccino mix, it is really great (and the cold brew options are great if we ever get decent warm weather!)

Ho acquistato la De'Longhi Eletta Explore dopo aver dovuto restituire la mia De'Longhi Dinamica Plus Perfetto a causa di un guasto irreparabile in garanzia. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto di questa nuova macchina. Ecco i punti principali della mia esperienza: Cura nei Dettagli: È evidente che la qualità delle finiture è superiore. Ad esempio, dove si appoggiano le tazze, ci sono inserti in plastica per evitare di rigare l'acciaio, una soluzione intelligente che apprezzo molto. Contenitore del Latte Migliorato: Il contenitore del latte è molto ben curato e migliorato rispetto alla mia precedente macchina. Funziona alla perfezione e rende la schiuma di latte calda e fredda senza problemi. Facilità d'Uso: La vaschetta dell'acqua si inserisce in modo fluido, rendendo l'uso quotidiano della macchina molto semplice e comodo. Qualità Complessiva: Tutto appare di qualità ben superiore alla mia vecchia macchina. La De'Longhi Eletta Explore ha superato le mie aspettative sotto molti aspetti. L'unico aspetto negativo che ho riscontrato è che questo modello, nella fascia di prezzo scelta, non dispone del collegamento diretto con l'app, una piccola mancanza che però non influisce significativamente sul rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Questa recensione è fatta a distanza di qualche mese dall'acquisto e la aggiornerò eventualmente se ne varrà la pena o se avrò ulteriori osservazioni. Nel complesso, la De'Longhi Eletta Explore ECAM452.57.G è una macchina da caffè eccezionale che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un prodotto di alta qualità e dalle ottime prestazioni.

Das wichtigste ist nicht die Maschine sondern der Kaffee!!! Ich verstehe manche Leute nicht die sich eine Maschine für fast 1000 Euro holen und dann alte abgeranzte billigste Supermarktbohnen da rein kippen. Das schon mal vorweg. Die Maschine lässt sich in so vielen Dingen einstellen (Temperatur des Wassers, Maulgrad der Bohnen, Stärke des Kaffees, Stärke des Milchschaums etc.). Wenn man ein wenig probiert dann bekommt man einen sehr schmackhaften Kaffee oder andere Kaffee-Milch Getränke egal ob kalt oder warm. Die Maschine lässt sich sehr gut reinigen und sagt einem auch was man dabei machen muss ist also für jeden der lesen kann eine machbare Sache ;) Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden und kann zum Kauf raten.
