This is a decent quality. it is definitely true to size. i am very glad that they added an underskirt, so that is is jot see through. The tie does stay tied, and that was a concern of mine. i am overall very satisfied with the quality that I received. this exceeded my expectations based on the price. the fabric is not very thick, but it is not chintzy either. this fit just right, and it was adorable on my daughter. she felt very pretty, and that's all I could ask for as a mother.

Exactly as photographed, correct size, very full bottom of dress tutu style with long neck tie, great quality for the exceptional price. Only returned because it was for Halloween theme costume and my daughter choose different theme to go with. She begged to keep it but I couldn’t afford to keep all the costumes she wanted. True to color too.

Just as pictured. My daughter is 6 years old but skinny so I was nervous about ordering a 5-6 I ended up getting a 3-4 and it fit perfectly.

Let's face it, in the end, it's all about the twirl for your little ones. I ordered one, because I was a little weary about size. I figured out that this product was definitely TTS to whatever size your daughter wears, get that size in the dress. The quality is pretty good. I could see where some people would think that it was cheaply made, maybe in the top, but overall great product and it definitely worked for me and my girls!
