It works well and the heat isn’t unbearable you can sit with this on your head and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Get a steam cap to use with it.

Finally received my hair spa cap. It doesn't work...well it kind of works. Settings 1-8 NO HEAT (none, notta, nothing), not even luke warm. Setting 9 heats up for about 2 min, then it' stops, again, no heat. 10 works but I'm not sure for how long because it gets so hot it'll turn your brain into a fried egg. I'll be returning it. Needless to say I'm sooooo disappointed. I've never done this but you get no stars. 🙄😮‍💨😪 Well ain't this a blimp, I can't post my review unless I rate it with a star.
