After putting up with a cheap pair that was butchering my plants, it was finally time for a proper upgrade. I was ready to splurge, but these GRÜNTEK shears have proven to be incredible value instead. They feel wonderfully sturdy and well-made in the hand. The ergonomic handles are a standout feature—the green rubberized coating provides a secure, comfortable, non-slip grip that makes a real difference during longer pruning sessions. They are the perfect size for detailed work on my roses and eleagnus. Most importantly, they perform brilliantly. The blades are extremely sharp and have sliced through both sappy and firm branches with clean, neat cuts. I also really appreciate the thoughtful rubber bump stop; it makes operation smooth and fatigue-free while preventing any accidental pinches. Great quality shears for the price, my second GRÜNTEK product these are an excellent, reliable pair of secateurs that I should have bought sooner. It was time for a secateur upgrade, one pair apparently lost (!) another pair (cheap as chips) falling apart. I had a bit of a cast about and despite some negative reviews these seemed to fit the bill at a decent price. Not sure why I didn't buy them sooner, they appear really well made and feel sturdy in the hand. I don't have overly large hands but there is no issue in use and they do appear to be extremely sharp and have remained so after some inital use. They are branded as German Gruntek, not sure if they are made in Germany or ubiquitous China, the packaging doesn't say, but wherever appears to have done a good job. The rubber bump stop is a nice addition and leads to easy, fatigue-free operation and reduces the possibility of catching your skin in the closing blades.

Needed a new pair as I’d been putting up with a pair that butchered branches. They aren’t the best quality but they are decent enough and sappy and firm branches have been cut neatly. I was in a mind to splash out but these are good value. Nice feel to them. Like the green rubber round the handles it makes them more comfortable. Just the right size for roses and eleagnus.

I could have bought a really cheap pair of secateurs to replace my previous cheap supermarket pair that broke. These GRÜNTEK secateurs are excellent, solid, well built pruners at a fantastic price. Hopefully, they will last for many years.

Hatte meine Felco leider im Gartenabfall mit weggeschmissen. Nun musste schnellstens eine Neue her, Felco war mir aber zu teuer, darum habe ich mich für diese Gartenschere aufgrund der Beschreibung und des günstigen Preises entschieden. Die Entscheidung war genau gold richtig. Sie ist genauso stabil wie meine Felco, ist sehr gut verarbeitet, liegt gut in der Hand und ist superscharf und schneidet auch grössere Äste leicht durch. Dieses Fabrikat muss man sich merken und ich werde nur noch auf diese Marke zurückgreifen .

Utilizzo in giardino queste forbici by-pass da circa due anni senza alcun problema o necessità di regolazione, questo a prova della loro robustezza e affidabilità. Sono particolarmente ergonomiche e ben si prestano alle potature verdi di rami con diametro compreso tra 5 e 20 mm, offrendo tagli netti e precisi che sono l'ideale per la salute e il mantenimento dello piante. Per potature verdi intendo quelle su rami vivi dal legno morbido, mentre è meno adatta sui rami secchi e duri (ma se la cava comunque dignitosamente bene anche in questi contesti, quindi in molte occasioni non mi serve cambiare tipologia di forbice durante la potatura delle piante). La consiglio in quanto è una forbice di qualità tedesca che a distanza di due anni non dà alcun segno di usura e sembra quindi adatta a durare nel tempo.
